Adinorta Nti-Yeboah is the Director – Human Resources at AngloGold Ashanti (Iduapriem) Limited. She is a highly accomplished Human Resource Executive with over 20 years of progressive experience across the mining, technology and services sectors.

Adinorta has extensive experience in strategic human capital management, partnering with executive leadership to align people strategies with business objectives and support organisational transformation, operational excellence and sustainable business growth. In her current role, she provides strategic leadership for the organisation’s people agenda and is responsible for shaping and executing the HR strategy to support business performance, organisational resilience and workforce sustainability.

She has significant cross-border experience across Sub-Saharan Africa, including Ghana, Nigeria, Senegal and Liberia. Her experience includes managing multicultural workforces and advising leadership on regional HR strategy, employment legislation, organisational governance, talent mobility and cross-cultural leadership.

Adinorta holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) and a Professional Executive Master’s Degree in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). She is a passionate advocate for women’s leadership and workplace inclusion and champions initiatives that promote diversity, equity, talent development and the advancement of women into leadership positions.
